Welcome to Maple Cart. These terms apply when you visit maplecart.store or place an order with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Maple Cart is an online store based in India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Maple Cart, and "you" means the customer or visitor.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to give correct details, including your name, phone number and full delivery address.

3. Products and prices

  • We try to show our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
  • Prices and offers can change at any time without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid.

4. Orders

  • After you place an order, you will get a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • We may call or message you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before shipping.
  • We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is incomplete, we cannot reach you to confirm, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, you will get a full refund.

5. Payment

  • We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and Cash on Delivery.
  • Prepaid orders get a discount of ₹100, as shown at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping is free on all orders across India.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays or courier delays.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or refusal, we may cancel the order.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Please read it before ordering.

8. Using the product

Our fitness products are for general exercise use. Results differ from person to person and depend on regular use, diet and other factors. If you have an injury, a medical condition or are pregnant, please ask a doctor before using any exercise product. Stop using the product if you feel pain or discomfort.

9. Using our website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for anything illegal or fraudulent
  • Place fake orders or orders you do not intend to accept
  • Copy, reuse or sell our images, text or designs without written permission
  • Try to harm or disrupt the website

10. Our content

The Maple Cart name, logo, images and text on this website belong to us or our partners. You may not use them without our written permission.

11. Limit of our responsibility

We do our best to give you a good experience, but the website and products are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays and problems outside our control.

12. Privacy

We use your details only to process your order, deliver it and contact you about it. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and it applies to orders placed after it is published.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

  1. Delivery time. I put 4 to 7 business days. Use whatever Dropdash actually delivers in.
  2. Courts in Lucknow. Change the city if your business is registered somewhere else.
  3. Section 12 mentions a Privacy Policy. Your store needs one for this link to make sense, and Meta also expects one before you run ads.
